"I have been a State Farm customer since 1986. I've been through several changes with this company. Some great, others not so, but I stayed. Agents come and go but you can tell if they truly care about you. It's been a LONG time since I have felt an insurance agent truly cared about anything but selling another policy. When Karmen phoned and took great care of our immediate insurance needs making certain we were covered, listening, truly listening to my concerns reassured me that there are still insurance agents that can be more than an agent, they end up being a friend.
