"This company is very dishonest. I received a car insurance quote on August 13th, 2025, and the price seemed attractive, so I called to confirm everything. It turned out they included a "drive safe and save" discount. I asked them to remove it, and the total became slightly higher than the original quote. I agreed to proceed with the insurance and politely asked if they could also provide a home insurance quote. They did, but it was extremely high. Later, when I called back to purchase the car insurance, the agent asked again if I wanted home insurance, which I declined. Then, I discovered that my initial insurance quote was always combined with homeowner insurance, even though I never mentioned it before. The quote itself didn’t indicate any combination except for theft, drive safe and save, and multiple vehicles. I tried to make it's not some type of mistake, but girl was't in the mood to work things out. This experience was very dishonest and unprofessional."
