"If you are looking for a change in insurance - auto or or home - Look no further than State Farm on U. S. 30 in Valparaiso. I dealt with a wonderful young lady named Breanna who couldn't do enough and had no problem answering all my questions. And to top it all off - She saved me over $400.00 - my rates were lower than what I paid last year for home/auto. I am very happy with the service, professionalism and my new insurance!! "I have been a State Farm customer since 1986. I've been through several changes with this company. Some great, others not so, but I stayed. Agents come and go but you can tell if they truly care about you. It's been a LONG time since I have felt an insurance agent truly cared about anything but selling another policy. When Karmen phoned and took great care of our immediate insurance needs making certain we were covered, listening, truly listening to my concerns reassured me that there are still insurance agents that can be more than an agent, they end up being a friend.
